Overview
This sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Baby Arlo Studio.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it also must be in the original packaging.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
Refunds
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur, in returning the item to us.
If the item you purchased was faulty, or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the description, please contact us first at [email protected] before requesting a refund, as we may be able to resolve your problem.
Where you would like to return a product, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not and credit your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late and/or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund , please contact us at [email protected]
Sale items
If an item you purchased was with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] Fabric is subject to availabiilty.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card/voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
